Workers with Repeat Health Risk Appraisals Are More Likely to Maintain Health

Employees who participate in more than one workplace health risk appraisal (HRA) are more likely to improve — or at least maintain — their health status over time, reports a study in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. In the face of rising healthcare costs, workplace HRAs have become a widely used tool to improve employees' health awareness and measure health risks.
